Externalities
One positive externality that I can see in my community is social enterprises. There are many different type of social enterprises, some help the ex-convicts other help single parent and etc… Today I would like to give an example of a positive externality and it is a social enterprise that helps ex-convicts to integrate back into the society.One fine example is eighteen chief. In eighteen chief, they give ex-convicts a job. This allow them to start all over again, without falling back to their old ways, which might means illegal way of earning a living. Eighteen chefs do not only give them a chance to work and earn a living for themselves, but also provided training so that they can acquire skills to serve the community instead of doing harm.

To conclude, I said that it‘s a positive externality because the community don't pay for the ex-convicts' salary, the salary will be taken care of by the eighteen chief. Till the end of the day it is the community which benefit because there will be less crime happening in the community, as the ex-convict will not go back to its old self but rather it will contribute to the economic.
